Meta Trade Bot offers a Software License As A Subscription (SLAAS) that can be used as a tool to help traders automate their trading.

FEES

Meta Trade Bot charges the following fees for the application of our SLAAS:  

1. A one-time Software License Activation fee of $300 is charged at the broker upon your subscription to the SLAAS.
2. An ongoing License Fee is charged on a performance basis (also referred to as a Performance Fee). This Performance Fee is equal to 30% of new profits and is deducted directly by the broker on a monthly basis ONLY if/when new profits are earned in your account. See our FAQ’s page for full details on how the Performance Fee is calculated.

Meta Trade Bot is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, money manager, or counterparty.

Meta Trade Bot strictly offers a SLAAS to be used as a trading tool at your sole discretion and risk. You are responsible for all trading instructions given through the Meta Trade Bot to your trading account and for all trades executed in your trading account as a result of your subscribing to and connecting the Meta Trade Bot to your trading account.

All performance claims found on Meta Trade Bot regarding our SLAAS must be regarded as hypothetical. Use of Meta Trade Bot to subscribe to our SLAAS indicates you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Before using any SLAAS Service listed on Meta Trade Bot, you should be aware that there is often a vast difference between hypothetical results and real-life trading results achievable in a real brokerage account, and real-live results are almost always vastly worse than hypothetical results. Performance results related to our SLAAS do not necessarily take into account all potential fees, spreads, and/or trading commissions that may be charged by the broker.

Trading is never without risk, and you are urged to carefully read and consider the following before utilizing any or all of our services:
(a) No aspect of the Site is intended to provide, or should be construed as providing, any investment, tax, or other financial related advice of any kind. (e) Fifo accounts are not supported.

Anyone engaged in trading in any markets should be able and prepared to bear a loss of his or her entire investment. You are fully responsible for any losses you may sustain as a result of the automatic execution of trades in your account by utilization of the Meta Trade Bot SLAAS.

Meta Trade Bot is not providing exchange, investment, tax, or legal advice, acting as a fiduciary, or endorsing any Meta Trade Bot, property, product, service, exchange, security, instrument, or any other matter by posting any user-submitted information on the website.

SLAAS Use: 

Upon purchase, full permission is granted to access the Meta Trade Bot SLAAS as outlined on our website and in the broker’s Trader Room portal.  

Service Termination:

The User may terminate the services he/she is subscribed to at any time by unsubscribing from the SLAAS through the broker’s Trader’s Room portal as outlined on our Register page under Part B / Step 6 “Unsubscribe”

Meta Trade Bot may terminate the service immediately at any time, without prior notice, if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the user fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, or in the event that there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the user is acting in a manner inconsistent with any of these Terms of Service.

In the following cases, Meta Trade Bot reserves the right to terminate an account without prior notice:

Any action by the user that may compromise the operation of Meta Trade Bot SLAAS.
The reproduction, copying, or reselling of the Meta Trade Bot SLAAS without the permission of Meta Trade Bot.

Legal:

These Terms shall exclusively be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Unless mandatory law compels differently, all disputes resulting from or arising in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the State of Nevada, United States of America unless the dispute can be settled in an amicable fashion.
